A fine quality desk in the Chippendale style, the rectangliar top with black tooled leatherwriting surface and cross banded loobed edge. Nine drawers in total, all oak lined and two with removable dividers, all with quality brass drop handles, the bottom handle on each pedstal has been replaced. The desk stands on carved ogee bracket feet, there are nicks to the bottom of most of the bracket feet.

The desk is 49 inches wide and is of the very finest quality, possibly manufactured in the United States of America.
